Currently, ByCelesse ships within the European Union.


Processing and Delivery Time

All orders are carefully prepared before shipping.

Processing Time:
1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated Delivery Time:
6–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.


Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it will be prepared and shipped within 24–72 hours.

After shipping, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via email to track your order.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order at any time by visiting our “Order Tracking” page.

You just need to enter:

  • Your tracking number, or
  • Your order number and email

to see the latest shipping updates.


Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address after placing your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.


Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, orders can only be shipped to one address per order.

If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each destination.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
